darn acronyms!!

Ok people, can I request that when using an acronym you type out what it stands for in parentheses or something. Am I the only one who has trouble with this? For instance it took me a long time to figure out what IMHO stands for, and YAGBCM or something and POTO that one was hard because for some reason I couldn't stop thinking potato. Then there are more shows TLFY, SFANY+ more. It takes me minutes sometimes to look at these damn acronyms and try out all these possible options before coming up wth the right one. Really, it would make it so much easier for me if you would just type out the show's name at least once!

i get where you're coming from, but wouldn't typing the full phrase in parenthesis cancel the need for the acronym? since no one wants to be redundant, the acronyms would have to be eliminated all together. then what kinds of elitists would we be?

good point but see if we use the full name at the beginning and then use the acronym to eliminate the redundancy of repeatedly typing out the name I think it would work out.

TWHM=The World's Happiest Musical ie Hello Dolly
TWGM=The World's Gayest Musical ie La Cage Aux Folles

IMHO = In My Honest Opinion
LMAO = Laughing My A** Off

YAGMCB = "You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown"
POTO = "Phantom of the Opera"
TLFY = "The Last Five Years"
