raul should have been there instead of hank azaria... featured actress should have included maureen mcgovern, but i don't know who she should have been there instead of... probably celia keenan-bolger... and featured actor i had major problems with.. i think that christian borle and definitely michael benjamin washington and gregory jbara should have been there! i was disgusted that those three didn't get nominations.
Raúl should just own the universe.
Thank you.
Seriously - since when can't this guy even get the broadway.com AUDIENCE award? I thought everyone loved him.
I'm sorry Em, but I think even those people found it hard to see him over the screaming and hoping kids who sat beside them in the theatre. No matter how bad the shows that they nominated were they at least were not afraid for their lives and constantly pulled away from the touching performance on stage. Plus that D*mn car upstaged him.
Stupid chiiildreeeeeeeeen.
Diva car. :-P

Carla Gugino, who was the only reason to see After the Fall.
Plum, I'm seconding LisGay Hamilton. Damn shame she wasn't nominated!
Denis O'Hare. José Llana.
Even just within the Spamalot realm, I'm just not getting Curry and Azaria nominations over Hyde-Pierce.
Michael Benjamin Washington.
I haven't even seen "Chitty, Chitty, Bang, Bang," but I'm so in love with Raul Espraza, that I'm gonna say him. I saw him from the front table in "Cabaret," and I just love him! He's great.

How they could overlook Lisa Gay Hamilton and Carla Gugino and nominate Heather What-the-Hell-Am-I-Saying Goldenhersh is unbelievably dim.
Also Jeff Goldblum, David Hyde Pierce and Natasha Richardson.
And the director of Virginia Woolf, Anthony Page.
Not Raul, wasn't his best performance.
