I assume they mean a cancellation line. If so, then the answer to the question is yes. Ask them where it forms.

I think the poster meant does The Addams Family postdate tickets, meaning exchange an expired one for a future performance without financial penalty. I don't know the answer to that question.

went to the lunt box office got info. they don't call it standby like other theaters do. i forgot what they called it

Probably "cancellation line"? That's what all the theatres I've deal with that have it call it.
