empty theatres for fall

With the sort of announcement this morning that Elling was taking the Barrymore, it seems that only the Helen Hayes and The Marquis are empty for fall. I have heard that Wonderland wants the Marquis for a late Winter start and White Christmas is not coming this year so will it stay empty till then? If the revival of You Can't Take It With You is still coming in Novemeber where will it go? Will The Nederlander, Richard Rodgers or St. James be empty anytimne soon?

Pricilla is rumoured for the Marquis also.

Wonderland isn't beginning previews until March 21! While rumored for the Marquis, they are definitely taking a Nederlander house.
