I inadvertently just purchased tickets for a show the day before I arrive in NYC. I didn't purchase the insurance for canceled tickets. I need to switch the date to the next day when we arrive. The customer service office is closed today and I am SO worried I have just lost hundreds of dollars. Do any of you know if they will do this for me? Thank you in advance for any answer!

I've done the same thing, I just called them and explained and they first charged the new tickets to my credit card and then refunded the old ones. I don't think you should have any problems.

As long as there is availability for the new date you want, they should be able to switch them no problem. As Marian said above, they will first charge the new tickets and then refund your old ones. Just last month I purchased tickets through Telecharge on the same night that I was supposed to attend a wedding. I spoke to a Telecharge rep who took care of it for me. Be sure to calmly explain your mistake on the phone and be flexible in seat location changes (as the same exact tickets may not be available on your new date) and you should have no issue!
