f*ing first night records sent me the wrong CD!!!

I ordered that PASSION CD with Michael Ball and Maria Friedman and they sent me THE FIX!!! THE FIX!!!! $23 bucks for something I have absolutely no interest in... Has anyone had any trouble ordering with them in the past? I already sent them an e-mail with the details of their f*ck up. Hopefully they can exchange it. Why couldn't they have accidentally sent me something cool that I could at least copy before sending back... geeze... I'm mad... what's it like to send something back? Are they going to send me something to ship it back with??? I don't know how this kind of thing works... their website is no help at all...

I'm sure THE FIX is fine, but if I wanted THE FIX I would have spent 11 bucks for it used on amazon... not 23.

I believe that site is the one that had a major computer glitch once that offered a crap load of various CDs for free. When you ordered the CDs, it came up as zero charge. You confirmed a zero charge and everything - but they ended up charging your card full price anyway. Their excuse was that any person in their right mind would know that they weren't offering CDs for free and we shouldn't hold them to their error. Of course, if it looks too good to be true...then.....

If you'd returned The Fix (or any other CD) unwrapped (after copying it), you'd probably have had to say goodbye to an exchange. Things happen. You'll just have to wait longer to get the right CD. Anyway, sorry you had this problem.
