hi i thing that footlight.com is now open again i just went on there website and they say that they relanched today.

Have fun and good luck. My experiences with them have been less than stellar. Don't expect that they'll tell you if they don't have something. They just send a partial order and leave you guessing or calling and dealing with rudeness. UGH.

I have never shopped there.. and I don't plan on it.. the site looks awful

Back in the day, a monthly visit to Footlight Records in the Village was mandatory. I never left without 2 or 3 gems. Even when in Florida, I would place phone orders and have my orders in my hand in less than 5 days. I never experienced anything negative either over the phone or in their store. Never.

Glad you had good experiences Brody. Every time I talked with them because something hadn't come in an order and I received no notification it was out of stock (including there being no indication of that on their website) the person I dealt with was extremely rude and couldn't be bothered to care about the poor customer service message the entire thing was sending.

I won't bother trying to order anything else from them again. They burned me one too many times.

I never had a problem with them.

As a matter of fact, I have a problem with Amazon getting The Glorious Ones. If i do not get it soon,I will cancel the order & place it with Footlight & also get Maggie Flynn @ the same time.

Just be aware that just because it shows as available on Footlight's page it doesn't mean they have it in stock. They are BAD about not having things and not making that clear on their page.

Well, Bruce Yeko/OCR has taken it over, so before we badmouth the people working there, let them have a chance to prove themseleves.

Change the name and I'd consider it. Keep it the same and no thanks. The name alone leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
