i have a question for all of you. A little more than a year ago, i auditiond for the broadway replacement cast of hairspray. I got a callback for tracy the next day, and then didn't hear from them for a year. Then, this january, i heard back from them and did another callback in LA for bernard telsey. They said i was perfect for the part and would get back to me when i'm old enough. do you think this could result in anyhting??

I agree with the last person. If they took the time to call you back, they want you! I definitly think things are looking good for you.

It's definitely a good thing. If the people at Bernard Telsey like you, they'll call you in for other things even if not for Hairspray.
You go girlfriend!
Let me ask you kid:
Did you "hear the bells?"![]()
What song did you sing?
"I Can Hear The Bells?"
"Good Morning Baltimore"

Well, for the VERY first open call, they had us sing a few bars of a cute sixties song. Then after they told me they wanted to see me the next day, they handed me a packet of "good morning Baltimore" "You can't Stop the Beat" "Welcome to the Sixties" and a few sides. They faxed me the same songs this year.
