Are tickets to a show's previews available to the public? If so, how does one go about getting them? At the box office?

It's just like buying any other ticket. You can get it through the box office, Telecharge, etc.

They didn't used to. They used to be cheaper. (And they still should be; I mean, come on, I'm seeing a show that isn't completely polished yet and I'm paying the same amount as I would for the end result? Pfft.)

Most shows in previews tend to have discount codes available. I always check out BroadwayBox.com to see what discounts are available.
