Yea, huh?
You read my mind - no wonder we're getting married.
Might he/she mean that performers have been offered roles in the tour and he/she wants to know who has been cast? Or might he/she mean something else???
maybe!
i guess only massofmen will know for sure......................

Sutton Foster was offered Jo March.
After the final show on Sunday, I overheard someone asking Sutton if she'd be going on tour... she said no. As did Megan.
Not sure about anyone else.
I heard Sutton say that too. We must have been standing right next to each other at the stage door.
me too...weird. we're everywhere and we don't even know it!

lol, my very good sources say she was offered understudy to Marmee but declined.
Who? Sutton? What are you talking about?
Maureen McGovern is definitely going on tour as Marmee, right? But they haven't released the names of the others, I don't think.

Gee, run around the country for 30 days in a show that bombed in NYC and will no doubt put to sleep audiences across the fruited plain? An enticing offer, but I imagine Sutton Foster was happy to receive her paycheck and will now move on to projects more worthy of her talent than this abortive show.

It was a joke. I was saying Sutton was Offered Marmee understudy
Luke0827, I think you read wrong. The tour is not 30 days long. It is going to at least 30 cities, and will take more than 30 days to perform a week long run at each city. Just wanted to clear that up.

Also, Sutton enjoyed this show very much.

Sorry for misidentifying the number of days, but the fact that the tour lasts longer than 30 days makes it that much less appealing an option, I would imagine, for those who might have better offers.
And, I am glad that Sutton enjoyed the show. Unfortunately, I paid good money to see it and I didn't enjoy it at all. Apparently, not many other people did either since its attendance barely approached 50% in recent weeks.
I am not writing this to sound mean or obnoxious. I just hate to see talented folks like Sutton Foster and Maureen McGovern performing medicore material. Little Women could have been and should have been terrific, and instead it was just a plodding, bland bore of a show.
