A show IS or ISN'T a Broadway show. There's no opinion.
Is it billed as a comedy? Yes.
Does it have acting? Yes.
Does it have a set? Yes.
Does it have music and lyrics? Yes.
So, those are the facts of it all.

Considering it's playing in a Broadway theatre, I'm pretty sure that makes it a Broadway show.

I think she/he means that does it DESERVE to be a Broadway shwo for all that stuff?
Which mean,s I'd say yes, but not a very /good/ show.
