I'd say Drowsy, but it's kind of hot and cold. Go with Mary Poppins, guaranteed you'll leave the theater with a smile on your face! Besides, Sutton Foster may be gone by the time you see it and she's a big part of what makes the show so wonderful.
Les Miz... hands down...
les mis, but I'm a les mis freak. I haven't seen either of the other two, but I've heard good things about both of them. If you want something fun I'd say go to Drowsy or Mary Poppins.

You should think about tours. If you really don't mind about the performers as long as you see the show, and there's a nearby theatre that hosts national tours, then I'd suggest you NOT to see Mary Poppins. It'll probably tour.
Drowsy Chaperone is announced that it'll be touring.
Les Mis, on the other hand, won't probably have anymore tours. I'd suggest you go see it!
I always assumed Les Mis would continue touring after it closed on Broadway.

The Drowsy Chaperone!!! - Hillarious! And you want to see whatever members of the OBC you can. Beth Leavel is wonderful, and you can say you saw a Tony winning performance. Really, whatever members you can catch (Beth, Georgia, Burnstien, Smith, the Kravits, and Troy Britton Johnson should all still be there) its worth going, its one of the best OBC's to hit Broadway in a long time. Every single one of them gives 110%, and the understudys are just phenominal (I saw Patrick Wetzel - MIC, and Joey Sorge - Aldolpho). Even w/o Bob for my first time, it was still a blast.
Les Miz - This will be coming to regional theatres within a year or so. I participate at HART Theatre in Waynesville, and the artistic director is chomping at the bit to do it. So there are plenty of other opportunities to see a good production.
Mary Poppins - Will probably tour and Disney shows, as a rule, don't rely so much on un-replaceable preformers. I wasn't sweapt away like I thought I would be, but maybe you will.
I'm from NC too, and I've seen both Drowsy and Poppins, I would reccomend Drowsy.
If Bob Martin was still going to be in it, I'd say hands down, Drowsy Chaperone.
Drowsy. Definitely.
But, if it was me, I'd go on a two-show day and see both Drowsy and MP :)
