I would imagine that they signed on for at least 6 months each. Not much point of anything shorter. At least not from the shows producers perspective. They probably also have an out of some type in their contract should another opportunity come along. We know the JLY has the ABC deal so he could be the first one to move on once they have a project for him.
Very cool that they will stick together for a while longer.
