just saw a Sweeney Todd Commercial

Probably not worth posting but I just saw a Sweeney Todd commercial for the first time while watching Ghost Hunters Live on the Sci Fi Channel!

No singing, just clips. It was a great commercial though! Anyone else seen one?

Yeah I went to a friends house on my lunch break from work a few days ago and one came on. I stopped mid sentence and was glued to the TV until it was over. He had never heard of Sweeny Todd before and was a little confused as to why I was so transfixed by a simple commercial, but agreed it looked really good and was not turned off by the fact that it was a musical.

P.S. In case you’re wondering I had to explain to him that it was a musical as the commercial itself makes no allusion to the fact that it is one.

I recently saw a theatrical trailor that included a small amount of singing. It looks awesome. No doubt they're going to try to "cover-up" the fact that it's a musical (they always do), but they've given the audience a chance of realization in this preview. It looks sublime. Tim Burton was the perfect person to do this, no doubt.
