I would actaully love to see the costumes and sets from the show. They are beautiful. =)
bryan, from what I've heard the cast album is going to be avaliable near the end of May. I for one am looking forward to it.

Posted: 4/18/06 at 9:54pmThe latest is it's actually going to be the Tuesday after Memorial Day (5/30). I'm looking forward to it. As much as I thought the show didn't work in the theater, I'm really hooked on the score.

Posted: 4/19/06 at 1:13amI was only familiar with Interview with a Vampire going in to this and once I heard that music, I knew exactly where the story was headed. It just brought out the feel of that Southern bayou and French Quartier and I liked the minimal sets aside from that dock piece and few things out on the stage. The dancing and voices were great and added a lot to things

Posted: 4/19/06 at 1:28amThe lyrics were so good for the latter. I think her character was the best written for and most well represented compared to her literary and film counterparts. That song conveys so well the desires she has and you sympathize with her for all the things she can't have.

I agree C. *Check out my sig*
I just wish she didn't have to sing the word "moist" though. When I saw it, it stopped the song for a couple seconds for me.
Also I loved the instrumental reprise of "I'll Never Have That Chance" used during Claudia's final apperance at the end of "To Kill Your Kind." So beautiful.

I know, I was upset with that part too. What a good story though overall, despite the last 3 minutes of the show. Sail Me Away was my favorite Hugh moment in the show, he sounded great there.
I love the videos the cast makes weekly though too! They're enjoyable to watch. They made one the day I saw them about 2 hours after I met them. I felt special lol
