Even though she isn't on Broadway (yet) I think Jenna Leigh Green is gorgeous.

Carolee Carmello and Sutton Foster are both unconventional, but I think they are both beautiful.

I agree with everyone who said Donna Murphy!!! She is beautiful in pictures but in person she's 10 times better!
Marin Mazzie, Rachel York, Tonya Pinkins, Audra McDonald, Laura Benanti, Bebe Neuwirth, Idina Menzel.... of course there are many more, but I have to eat dinner and can't think of anymore women at this very moment.

Mary Stuart Masterson, hands down. I also find Laura Benanti, Marin Mazzie, Carolee Carmello, and Eden Espinosa to be stunning. I find Stephanie D'Abruzzo to be very cute, too.
