I say nobody was as beautiful as Harvey decked out in full Edna Turnblad "Welcome to the 60's" regalia.

But a close second would be Vanessa Williams

I think it's amazing how a broadway star can look beautiful onstage, or DVD recordings and what not, but once you come face to face with them, they're GORGEOUS! Maybe it's the fact that they seem so real (they are) but y'know what I mean? We forget that these are real, true people, and once you actually see them standing in fronmt of you, you then realize exactly how beautiful they really are.

Sorry, i didn't mean to get all philosophical, just felt like throwing that in. re: most beautfiul women on broadway

I think that we can safely add Sally Murphy and Sarah Paulson to this ever-growing list.

Hannah, I have to agree with you about them being more beautiful in person. I could not believe how beautiful Linda Eder was when I met her. I always thought she was pretty, but in person she was stunning. Idina was also very pretty in person.

Carolee Carmello. So unconvential. Yet so gorgeous.

But Melissa Errico steals my heart. And I'm not even straight. I'd STILL kill for a date with that woman.

Rath - have you forsaken the goddess that is La Ziemba???
I've had a crush on KZ since 1992.

On the other hand, I've had a crush on Sally Murphy since 1979, when she was 16 years old, taking drama classes at the theatre where I work (I was 19 at the time).

Hmm... there are so many beautiful women on Broadway! I am a girl, but I'd say that Sara Ramirez, Kerry Butler, Kristin Chenoweth, and Idina Menzel are all very pretty.

Yes, Jon, Karen is gorgeous, especially up close, like so many of the others. Her sparkling personality only adds to the beauty.

Jenny Powers is so pretty! I have a picture with her in a Superbowl shirt (from when I saw the show) and she still looks amazing.
