I love every other song. Don't get me wrong Avenue Q is my favorite musical this year. That song though it really does nothing for Brian.
But the rest of Avenue Q is really great. And I love when Brian sings with Kate.
That song just seems out of place and it is not funny.

You're right it does come across that way and I don't know what her reasoning is but she's the only person in the cast I can honestly say I've never held a decent conversation with. Its a shame since her performance is so good.

But...that's the point of the song. That he's a crappy comic and needs to get a real job. He's the only one who thinks he's funny...that's how it's supposed to be.
