The video that BWW says is ready to watch doesn't download when I click on it. Anyone else having he same issue?

Works perfectly fine on my MacBook Pro. Could be you're trying to watch it on your phone. Many times I haven't been able to watch a BWW video on my iPhone but had no problem on an actual computer.
