Rose's Turn-Gypsy ( I'm a sucker for showstoppers)
tied with

LOVE CHANGES EVERYTHING - I'll go along with your choice, ALWRules
The song was the overture itself for the stage musical ( and purposely did away with the usual orchestral summation of a production's musical highlights) - instead compelling the audience to listen to the prologue and epilogue of the whole musical production.
If you have seen the 1990 TONY AWARDS Ceremonies, the musical number presented by the ASPECTS OF LOVE Company as nominee for BEST MUSICAL was the song LOVE CHANGES EVERYTHING, the complete storyline depicted by this song and accompanied by scenes from the stage production. Amazing!
Rose's Turn
"I've Grown Accustomed To Her Face" - My Fair Lady
It's so wonderful! Higgin's is determined NOT to love Eliza, but he finds he just can't. There is such a back and forth between extreme emotions. The words are brilliant and the variations in the melody are perfect. The song is such a fight, but love wins in the end even though Higgin's love for Eliza is so illogical. Somehow it just makes sense and it's such a beautiful thing.

This is a REALLY tough one!!! I'd have to say "Love Changes Everything" and pretty much anything everything sung by Linda Eder! Her version of "Anthem" (from Chess) is AMAZING!!!

Losing my Mind - "Follies"
"make our garden grow" Candide
"Anthem" from Chess or "This is the Moment" from Jekyll and Hyde. But I could change my mind at any time and go with something a little more classic like "Willkommen" or "Where is the Life that Late I Led".
I cannot choose only one
the Impossible Dream and Anthem

Back to Before - Ragtime
And I have NO idea why that popped into my head, but it did before I started mentally making a 50 page list of the REST of my favorite songs, so it gets my vote by default.

That is really difficult. I will go with "What More Can I Say" from Falsettos.

while I am currently addicted "argument" and "the american and florence: Nobody's side" from the concept recording of Chess, i can safely say I always come back to either "apology to a cow" and/or "inside your heart" from Bat Boy
That is probably the must difficult question i have ever had to answer....but i would have to say "What You Own" -RENT
Memory- hands down for me. The melody, the climax to "Touch Me".... no matter how many times I hear it, haunts me.

Very hard question, right now it's a toss-up between BEING ALIVE from COMPANY or WHAT WOULD I DO from Falsettos--but it changes from minute to minute.

No More - INTO THE WOODS
"Blame it on the Summer Night", from Rags. Gorgeous and lyrical and sexy and funny and jazzy, all at the same time.
Current tie between:
Nothing (A Chorus Line)
& The Ballad of Sweeney Todd
I think The Ballad of Sweeney is most of time there though.
