Aida, Oliver!, Hairspray, Chicago, Cabaret, the list goes on. One word titles are very effective.

Godspell was on Broadway, in two theaters, I believe.
Annie is another one.

There's also many songs with one word titles:
"Tonight"
"America"
"Cool"
"Fame"
"Oklahoma"
"Tomorrow"
"Nothing"
"One"

Then, there's the countless "Prologue"s, and "Finale"s.
