Posted: 7/29/04 at 10:25pmLittle Shop was SO much fun on that stage. Maybe a lot of people will have been convinced to go and see the show before it closes. I know the two friends I was with turned to me after the show and told me that we have to go to Little Shop of Horrors before it closes. I think the three urchins impressed them the most, they loved them. I've already seen it twice, but I think I will have to go with them one more time just to see it before it closes!

"No big audrey II either?!...haha its kind of funny looking at joey fatone singing to a guy in a white tanktop with hairy arms. =D"
This was HYSTERICAL. That puppeteer went ALL OUT for that soundcheck, it was soooo cute. Also cute was the Avenue Q people soundchecking without puppets...so funny!

LSOH was *FABULOUS*. We were like woah they're PERFORMING during the soundcheck! I love the urchins, they are amazing, talented women. Saw them twice on bway :) Anyone know why Snow didn't soundcheck, and subsequently, her mic didn't work? LoL. Loveeeee Joey.
Um...how awful was the "Glinda"? Melissa Fan is her name? She was horrendous.
Avenue Q rocked.
Cheyenne Jackson is HOT.

ooohhh...that explains it. I was sitting there like, ok everyone but Rob Barlett and Jessica Snow Wilson are here. Isn't Audrey kind of..IMPORTANT? lol. and then she showed up. I love her singing voice, I think it's gorgeous. You know what I was thinking..isn't it sort of LOUD for Joey and Jessica to be singing the end of Suddenly Seymour in each others faces? They're practically touching foreheads in the "sweet understanding" part...

ohh I wish I could have been there!!
Where's Adam though...if Deborah, Mickey, and Cheyenne could drag themselves out there why couldn't he? Well you all know why...he is such a little diva!

Actually that wasnt Deborah Cox. That was Ta'Rae (or is it Ta'Rea?) the new standby. She was phenominal. Esp. When she sang Easy As Life. Step to Far was absolutely gorgeous!! Go Cheyenne!
I didnt enjoy the girl playing G(a)linda's performance during For Good. - Sorry her name slipped my mind at the moment. Eden and Derrek did a great job tho.
Avenue Q was great. Everyone (who stayed for the perfomrance - alot left after WICKED) enjoyed it so much. Everyone cheered when Stephine say f*ck.

*whines*
I wish I had been able to goooooooooo!
Anyway...
"Where's Adam though...if Deborah, Micky, and Cheyenne could drag themselves out there why couldn't he? Well you all know why...he is such a little diva!"
Adam wasn't there because Cheyenne was, silly. Did you *actually* expect our favorite lil diva to do this? I mean, it was hot and sunny out... and I'll bet ya there was traffic!!
And after almost running into him, my love for Cheyenne has been rekindled. I'd actually like to see him play Radames, or at least sing some stuff from the show.
"Oh my. Cheyenne, was big arms you have"
Yum.
"Everyone cheered when Stephine say f*ck."
They did "It Sucks to Be Me?" GO AVENUE Q!! I absolutely love that show and that cast. Good for them!

Did they really? We couldn't tell. My group was getting so mad because we were there since 10 am, and then all of a sudden at 12:30 a surge of people pushed past us and STOOD UP in front of the stage. We were like ummm...when you get here early, then you can do that. SIT DOWN! I'm short, it was tough to see as it is! But they moved after realizing they blocked people...most, anyway. The ones who did it for Wicked didnt seem to care, lol.

Yeah, I noticed it too...there was this big group behind me that said, "Do you want to stay for AIDA, Little Shop or Avenue Q? There's no point, right?" and left...
There was also ONE CRAZY OLD LADY sitting there who was screaming at two college-aged kids next to me for talking. She also yelled at a family with three little kids and made them move for talking to much. What a lunatic. She was screaming, "Don't you ever go to the theater???? You are being SO RUDE to the people up there!!!! Don't you know theatre etiquette?"
First of all, she was being A LOT louder than they were, and...it's not the theatre. We're in a freaking outdoor PARK at lunchtime.
