My suggestion would be to pick whatever your favorite was and go to that again. It's your birthday - go with your favorite.
If you have seen everything already and still don't know what to see (or its sold out) I got back into Forbidden Broadway when I saw it a month ago - its fun times!
You learn to play the straight man, the lines become routine - never really saying what you mean - but i know the scene will change :)
