Posted: 6/4/06 at 9:45amI actually wanted to see Lestat. Unless the CD contains the complete show, it ain't worth it. Personally, I thought the music was typical musical flare. Elton, you're a rock and roll composer for God's sake. What's with the Les Mis-style ballads. I'm not dissing Les Miz. I love that show. I was just expecting a score more along the lines of Aida. The only song I've heard that seems to resemble typical Elton John music is Welcome to the New World.

It's gone. It is no longer there to bother you. Now can you please leave those of us who actually enjoyed the show in peace?
