when i saw rent for the first time last march i was in tears during one song glory
end of west side story. gets me every time
when jon larson died.
"unlikely lovers"
I'm pretty emotionally stalwart... except when it comes to show tunes. I even got a little choked up at the end of State Fair and Crazy for You, for reasons that still remain a mystery to me.
Piazza kills me. "Fable", in particular.
There are three specific places in King and I, even the often viewed film and in mediocre high school productions, where I inevitably lose it. "Something Wonderful" being the most notable, as it reminds me of my Dad. How did a man write this song?
Both are Phantom moments: The finale always makes me cry, and Sandra Joseph's speech after Hugh Panaro's final performance got to me as well.
In Les Mis, when Gavroche was shot. I absolutely lost it, because I didn't see it coming (silly me).
End of West Side Story kills me, when the two gangs finally come together to carry off Tony's body. And the bell chimes in the distance.
And the scene in AIDA where Aida and Radames get buried together. Oh, chills up the spine and tears down the face.

Agreeing with Les Mis finale, ICYR, Some Things Are Meant to Be, Days of Plenty, WSS finale, and some more.
I'll have to add:
-Title Song of Light in the Piazza, along with Margaret's reprise of the The Beauty Is and the end
-I Love You Song, Spelling Bee
-Random parts of Phantom
-You'll Never Walk Alone, Carousel
-People reprise in Funny Girl
Le sigh.

During Rent, once Take me or Leave me was over, i was just in tears for the rest of the show.
"Elegy" from Movin' Out. Had the whole theatre in tears, including a Harley Davidson guy sitting next to me.
"I'll Cover You (Reprise)" and the end of Phantom (when he says "Christine, I love you."
*reaches for tissues*
"Carousel"- Soliloquy, Billy Bigelow's death and the reprise of If I Loved You
"Carousel" is one of the saddest musicals in my opinion, as good as it is.
The last time I cried at a musical was at _Into the Woods_, during the finale: "Careful the spell you cast/ Not just on children..." Don't know why I lost it, but there you go.
Well, I don't cry easily, but...
-From 'Without You' until the end of the show, RENT is such a tearjerker for me.
-'Till We Reach that Day' and 'Make Them Hear You,' from Ragtime...I've never seen it on Broadway, but my amazing high school did it over the weekend and I was in tears.
-The end of West Side Story. 'Nuff said.
- Last show of All Shook Up.
- The title song from Bare.
- And I think the war scene in BKLYN made me cry.

If you want a good cry, go see Rabbit Hole at the Biltmore. It is not a musical. Bring tissues.

Til' We Reach That Day (Ragtime)
The Secret Garden's finale
They're all not Broadway...but hey, it's almost the same thing.
