How do you do that? I want to send flowers as a suprise to a friend backstage in their dressing room and I wasn't sure if you just send them to so-and-so c/o the theatre or if there was another way you're supposed to do it especailly if the flowers are being delieverd by messanger? Thanks!
There is an old Theatre legend that flowers are bad luck in a dressing room.
People send flowers all the time. Just address it to the theatre stage door and it go to their dressing room.
scary...what could happen?
The Chandelier will fall and crush the actors?
The singer could lose his/her voice?
Earthquake?
Fire!!!
Having sent flowers to various actor friends on Broadway throughout the years, you simply send your ordered flowers to the theatre itself.
All deliveries go directly to the stage door of the theatre, and since you already have the recipient's name attached to your flowers, the stage door personnel will know who those flowers are to go to, etc. They take them and put them in the actor's dressing room, etc.
Been doing it for decades and EVERY flower arrangement I've sent was delivered properly.

If you want to send flowers [and you don't know them personally] you might want to try the website listed below. I'm sure the actor you're sending it to will appreciate it

You just dress up as a delivery boy and drop anything off. It's not like they turn away gifts. It's not like it happens every night.
