'Twelve Angry Men' should give you several possibilities.

JB by Archibald MacLeish has a prime scene for the lead in which he tells off God.

I hate to say it, but, there is some serious stuff in Wicked. Its not as long as a monologue should be, but if you mix a few longer lines in a scene together, you'll get a monologue.

I'm only saying this because EVERYONE is familiar with Wicked...sadly.

Wicked? Really? How about something of a little more serious nature.
Try AGATE's final monologue from "Waiting for Lefty" by Clifford Odets. It's all about shouting and rabble rousing.

"I am ready to disclaim my opinion, even of yesterday, even of 10 minutes ago, because all opinions are relative. One lives in a field of influences, one is influenced by everyone one meets, everything is an exchange of influences, all opinions are derivative. Once you deal a new deck of cards, you've got a new deck of cards." — Peter Brook
