i have a silly question:
you know how tony awards give best actor/actress awards in a musical? how much of the award criteria is acting and how much is singing/dancing? do you have to be able to do all of them? is it how great you did the songs? how great you did the role? how great you are in general and talentwise?
not that i'm planning to win one or anything, but i was just wondering how it works.

It also helps if you are as charismatic as Hugh or as irrepressible as Norbert Leo
It won't hurt if you also play the role at the Imperial
