suggestions??

Another question. I want to buy a cd for someone and i have no idea what one would be good. I was hoping that a more recent one would be good but i have no idea what to look for. If you have any suggestions that would be fantabulous!

I liked the Spamalot CD. It was a bit of a let down but Sara Ramirez saves it from fizzling.

The Little Women CD is great! I didnt care for the music very much when I went to see it but the CD is wonderful. Sutton and Maureen are great but the orchestrations are amazing (the best part about the recording)

The DRS CD is excellent as well. Norbert and Sherie really shine here.

The following are coming out soon and should be great:
The Light in the Piazza OBC- May 24
The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee OBC- May 24
All Shook Up OBC- May 31
Sweet Charity 2005 revival cast- Im not sure because amazon says May 24 but BWW says July 12

generally my suggestion for any broadway cd for non-broadway people would be the last 5 years.

Perhaps Wicked or Rent. I also agree with The Last Five Years.

A broadway cd is what i'd love to get her and she is a huge broadway fan. I know that she allready has wicked and rent. Others that i know of are bombay dreams, aida, mamma mia, miss saigon. she may have les mis but i'm not sure. Keep the suggestions coming!! Thanks a lot!!
