telecharge broken?

I've been trying to get tickets from telecharge's website for the past hour, and it seems to be having a major malfunction. I'm trying to get tix for Glass Menagerie for tomorrow's matinee, and every time I search it's showing different seats available, without me being able to see all available seats at once. Now I think they might be trying to fix the sight, since they won't even show the interactive seating chart. Can anyone else verify that it's not just me having this problem?

I haven't tried today, but since I often have Telecharge issues, I usually use the old version instead
