telecharge trouble?

telecharge trouble?

I was about to buy tickets (through telecharge offers) when my account froze. I was given a new code, but now (and for several hours) I can't get back into telecharge offers OR telecharge.



Any suggestions? (I've already re-started my computer.

If we're not having fun, then why are we doing it? These are DISCUSSION boards, not mutual admiration boards. Discussion only occurs when we are willing to hear what others are thinking, regardless of whether it is alignment to our own thoughts.

No (because I'm stupid about how to do that....but I tried using both internet explorer and google chrome AND tried to use my phone.....so it's not that anyway.

To be sure, I just did clear it out...to no avail.

I'm wondering if you used an old, expired or broken code (not to your knowledge) and the site blocked your account usage due to suspecting some sort of suspicious activity. I have no idea if this is the issue but it's happened to me before (when using Ticketmaster) and my account was suspended for a brief time.

No....it was just my password. I was given a new one. Neither site will open at all - it just times out and gives an error message. (The code I was using went thru...i was on the checkout page)

Has anyone tried to go on either side tonight? Or do so for me?

I can get into Telecharge.

Sounds like you might have to call them. It's weird that you can't even open the website at all. When you had to reset your password, did they send a verification email of any kind?

Works fine for me... sounds like you can't even access the website. Again, I'm suggesting maybe something malfunctioned and it is now your IP Address which is being temporarily blocked. Try again in the morning or give them a call.

Yes, they sent me an email to give me the new password. I 'll call in the morning.
