-Watching Frank Wood play the trumpet in the most moving scene I've ever seen on the stage in my life. (SIDE MAN)
-Watching Marie Mullen & Anna Manahan destroy each other on stage. (THE BEAUTY QUEEN OF LEENANE)
-Watching tears fall from Blair Brown's face as she sang to her husband about her dead childhood lover "Michael Fuery" (JAMES JOYCE'S THE DEAD)
-Sitting in the 6th row and seeing Adriane Lenox (Understudy for Tonya Pinkins) tear up "Lot's Wife" and jumping to my feet to applaud her.

Heather Headley doing Elaborate Lives and anyone doing Gods Love Nubia.
Adam's Evil Death Glare in the closing AIDA show. (It sucks that it was the closing show, that wasn't cool, but if it was any other show and with the "Sam from The Apprentice" glare, I would've been snickering for a good long time. I'm snickering just thinking about it.)
Hugh Jackman in BFO.
Masquerade in POTO.
"Blonde." - the line in Wicked (and am I the only one who cringes at the "I feel Wicked" line? It's as if they put that line in just so the teeny-boppers can go, "Oooh, she said the name of the show!" - no disrespect, NoDayButToday. :) )
"Good luck returning my ass!" - Wilhemina Slater
"This is my breakfast, lunch and f***ing dinner right here. I'm not even f***in' joking." - Colin Farrell

I'm not a teeny-bopper, but I really like that line. It's the first time Elphaba uses the word to describe herself, that's been used against her as a weapon.
