how good is the coverage/ sound quality? I unfortunately cannot get to times square tomorrow (i start art school monday) and want to see the non nbc chopped up 44 minute version

I hate the NBC version. I never saw it live but I hated when TMM was doing "Forget About the Boy" last year and when they started to do the tapping number NBC cut to commercial. I got sooo mad! I also would like some info on the earthcam.com coverage.

how come the streaming video doesnt work? Does it turn on when the show starts?

It's working for me, but none of the cameras are filming at a watchable angle. The only one where you can see ANYTHing is of the TV monitor, but it's so dark I can't see what's happening.

They mean the first cam, I think. The first cam isn't working and that's the one with the sound and the stage angle.

hmm maybe i shoulda checked if others had the problem before feverishly downloading new drivers- (my theory, when in doubt add new software)

the 1st cam is the only one w/ streaming video and it's not even showing the stage?!?!? and sound is terrible! am I missing something??
