How totally adorable were Johnny and Stephanie? Seriously, I think Johnny with Princeton again was the highlight of the Tonys for me

I had said ealier that her black dress looked better than the one last year, but the green dress looked even better!!!!!! Honestly, that plain red dress with the black opera gloves......Yuck!!!!!!

I was sitting on an ottoman thing, and when he came out, I kind of lept forward and FLEW off the ottoman. Lol. Why do we think HE had Princeton? Because he was in it when it won?

YES!YES!YES! Johnny and Princeton and Steph and Kate! The only thing better would have been if Trekkie Monster (and You Know Who 
)had come out when they said "porn."
And yes, I think Johnny was there because of the "You gave us the Tony last year" conversation, since he was Princeton at the time (and was nominated, himself, as well).

I was in the other room getting food when I heard John and Stephanie. I ran screaming into the living room... to a sea of dirty looks! lol. It was definetly one of the hilights of the show for me!

Woooohooo for John!! I don't think my mouth has hung THAT wide in a long time. It was so nice to see him with Stephanie, Kate and Princeton again.

Me being an Avenue Q fan aside, am I the only one who groaned throughout that whole forced "let's use the Avenue Q puppets" thing?

I have nothing against John or Stephanie... but it was out of place and wrong... they should have left the damn puppets home...be presenters, thats it

Johnny wsan't actually there. They had him on tape. Steph was though, in the pre-air instructions given by Lucy T and Trekkie.

I am not ashamed to admit I squeed and leapt up, dancing. Scared by best friend willy-nilly, since she knows not of Avenue Q, by screaming "JOHN!!! PRINCETON! John's back with Princeton!" and dancing a small jig.

It was such a fun moment, although a little uncomfortable to watch the theatre wing peeps struggle through the tele-prompter!

At the very beginning of the Tony's I remember saying "Where's John Tartaglia?? he should be there!" and then later on in the show my friend had gone to his room to get something and that's when I saw John (who looked VERY hot by the way) I remember screaming "John Tartaglia is on!!!" and going on about how great it was to see him w/Princeton! I'm glad I'm not the only one who was overjoyed at the sight of him! This was definetly the highlight of the night for me.

John is not even in Avenue Q anymore. Why wasn't it Barrett Foa if they wanted to feature the puppets??

MJR, you beat me to it. I know Tartaglia is the original Princeton, but don't you think it was a little slap in the face to Barrett that John was showcased instead of him?

Plain and simple, they tried to make the boring part of the Tony's not boring by putting fun, witty, adorable Avenue Q up there....but it's still just too boring, lol.
We were kinda giving a running commentary of "oh look - they're trying not to make this part boring, that's kinda cool..." and then as it just kept getting more and more boring, I was like, DYING to see a shot to Kate or Princeton just snoring...to see them progressively get more and more bored with the yawning and the looking around for something exciting to focus on...maybe make out a lil...lol, I kid.
But it was a nice attempt, just...still too boring to be saved. It was definitely a highlight to see the four of them (john, steph, kate, princeton) togehter again though, made my heart smile :)
