Voiceanth...Goodness me but you're a brave soul. I learned my lesson the hard way that one must be careful about which pictures of themselves they post. Mine got ripped apart to a bazillion shreds and I was quite hurt by the comments made.

It was the one of me laying down on my side. Someone had issues with it. To quote him or her or whatever they are:

"Where do I begin...why are you wallowing around on the floor like a sick cow? What's up with the finger gun? It looks like a really bad session from GLAMOUR SHOTS or some other horrible mall photographer... Bottom line you look like a fat little girl trying to be sexy and only looking like a joke.
Sorry to be so harsh but as a casting director, that's part of my job. If I ever saw this shot I would add it to our office collection of HUGE photo Jokes. I would love a copy for our office board."

This from someone I had never spoken to before nor had any contact with whatsoever. So I don't know what I did to provoke them, but needless to say the comments really hurt me especially considering that I have body issues already and have carried on in the past with a dangerous flirtation with bulemia.

No I mean, I have issues with my body even though perhaps others don't think my body has issues. I have always had issues as I was a chubby little girl who was about as dainty as a bull in a china shop. I always wanted to be one of those perfect little girls, you know? And I never was. Then I went through a really awkward decade from about oh, age 9-19. It wasn't until 19 that I started to lose some of that chubbiness and getting out of that awkward stage. So it has carried over into my adulthood. I'm 27 now and still have "issues" and scars that I carry about with me. So, naturally, those comments sent to me really hurt. Had the person been nasty in any other way I would have brushed them aside and let them slide off of my back.

My friend took it from mid chest up..this was all done within 5 minutes of leaving to go somewhere because someone had a camera....I think I have full body somewhere..I don't have a 6 pack..(LOL) no belly either...pants size 30!

No I hadn't submitted it to any agency. It's not a headshot...It's just a picture that I had taken for the helluvit. For fun. My sis in law is a photographer. Anyway, if you want to see my new avatar you can look it up under my "fan photo" section.

Thank you for the compliment on my other picture though. It was one of my favourites but thanks to the butthead who was bothering me yesterday I'm a little wary and thought that maybe it was time for a change.

Amneris....I seriously doubt that a "casting director" would attack you in that manner. First of all, it is unprofessional, and second of all, they wouldn't have the time to attack someone on the internet about their avatar/headshot. This person was obviously an asshole loser. Besides, I thought your picture was very charming. Don't let internet idiots get to you. However, if posting your former picture makes you feel uncomfortable, then you did the right thing - besides it's not smart to post your real picture in a public forum on the internet anyway, it's sort of like inviting trouble. (Maybe I should take my own advice) Anyway, I love you Amneris! And I wish I knew who the asshole was so I could tell him a thing or two!
