I'm pretty sure she's leaving earlier than the 26th. I could be wrong. I don't know the date, though.

She probably is leaving earlier.
The show does open on September 20th so rehearsals would start at least a month before.

Tracy Jai Edwards, a swing and the current understudy for Serena, will take over the role when Kritzer exits, as carymetorent2 previously announced (I believe).

yeah..i heard tracy jai edwards will be taking over as the part of serena. the catered affair will be a out of town musical which will be in san fran or san diego..either of those two cal cities.
I will miss leslie but i saw tracy as amber in hairspray and she did a fantasic job. Leslie is a sweet and kind person. The cast will miss her dearly.

I heard she was leaving either this coming Sunday or the one after. I am almost positive she is not staying past the 12th.

awww that dissapoints me! I was looking forward to seeing her again! I didn't meet her after the show when I saw it in previews, but she was great (as well as the rest of the OBC, especially DeQuina who I saw in LSOH). It is always fun to see a different cast, but I'll miss the actual originals. Are there any other cast members set to leave BEFORE August 17th?
