I most relate to the chink in the wall from the Pyramus & Thisby section of A Midsummer Night's Dream by Mr. William Shakespeare.

well, I hate rent, so the answer's no. probably Brian from Ave Q...I have no idea what I want in my life right now...I'm going to be a freshman in college, but still. Afterwards, I have no idea. i don't even know what i want to do in college.

I've always had a very strong connection with Mark Cohen of RENT.
But I see little bits of myself in many different characters (non-gender-specific) in many different shows... Princeton in AVENUE Q... Caroline in CAROLINE, or CHANGE... Elphaba in WICKED... Jonathan in TICK, TICK...BOOM!
I love seeing pieces of me in characters; well, love it and hate it because sometimes those pieces aren't exactly positive...But, then again, why go see theatre but to relate and connect?

I can relate to the bubble in Wicked. Sometimes I feel like I have to drive around bitches.

Probably most like Louise from Gypsy...I am shy. Though, Louise was able to "do her thing" at the end of Gyspy, and I will never be able to do that.

Peter from BARE
Kate Monster from Avenue Q
Hedwig from Hedwig and the Angry Inch

Millie and Elphaba.
I am probably most like Millie... I am very straightfoward and driven. I love her awkwardness. I hope I can find a Jimmy!
Elphaba absolutely just tears me up. We share insecurities and aspirations. I love her frankness. I had just assumed people would understand her but when I made my sis listen to the CD she just didnt get why Elphaba acted the way she did in certain circumstances. I understand her layers.
I think I look more like Glinda on the outside but Elphaba on the inside.
My sister said of Millie "She must be some sort of an underdog since you like her so much!"

A combo of both Kate Monster and Princeton from Avenue Q. Though I do see bits of Mark Cohen from Rent in me, too...

Right now I feel like a nice mishmash of characers from "Avenue Q." I'm trying to find my purpose, I have a terrible love life, I'm dead-ass broke and I have no idea what I want to do with myself.

You know what, you've been here less than 24 hours, Captain Obvious. Why don't you sit on back, catch your breath, check out the lay of the land, see how it goes, instead of correcting or castigating other people when you're so fresh outta the box. You don't want to make enemies here. Or, should I say, any more enemies.

I absolutely relate to the plight of Leo Bloom, and like many others on this thread I can relate to many aspects of Elphaba's character. But given my background - Princeton from Ave.Q is topping the chart!

Captain, first off, I am not a person to be making enemies with. I already find your posts to be mundane. And as much as you would like to correct me on my Wicked statements, I really could care less. Now if I had said that Denis O'Hare played John Wilkes Booth please feel free to correct me.

I relate to Diana in A Chorus Line too. I felt nothing.
