who could replace cheyenne?

I've heard that Cheyenne Jackon's run in All Shook Up is over in December. He is the perfect "Chad", who do you think would also make a great "chad"??

re: who could replace cheyenne?

It's highly unlikely anyone will have the chance replace Mr. Jackson.

No one could replace him, he is one of a kind! Other people who would do well in the role? I don't even want to speculate!

re: who could replace cheyenne?

It is however entirely possible to imagine Broadway without "All Shook Up" by the time Mr. Jackson's contract is up.

i think it is bob gaynor, emcee. i saw him in aida several times and he always had something special that made him stand out from the rest.

I was so happy to see him in Charity! I saw him go on for Boy George as Leigh Bowery in Taboo; a part that nobody would ever really put him up to play, and he was WONDERFUL.

Is it just me, or would Nathan Lane make a PERFECT Chad?

re: who could replace cheyenne?

I agree that once Cheyenne leaves, that's it for ASU.

Btw, I love William Robert (Bob) Gaynor. He's a really strong singer, dancer and actor, not to mention the fact that he has terrific stage presence. (His entrance as Radames in Aida and drop to his knees during Fortune Favors the Brave was even better than Kushnier's.) Why doesn't Bob ever get cast as a lead? Maybe it's the bangs.

And is it true that he wants to be a country singer?

Here he is with Christina, although for some reason, one of his eyes looks kinda wonky.

Lets stunt cast the part! It seems an easy fit for any of the boyband refugees, or an American Idol contestant..:) (NOTHING against Cheyenne or ASU, but it practically screams stunt cast!)
There's always room for pathos - and jazz hands.

I'd be willing to fill his opening.
