and why the hell did she get nominated over mary testa, jackie hoffman, leslie kritzer, alli mauzey, megan mullally, sutton foster, harriet harris, jenny powers, karen olivo, andrea burns, mary beth peil, sherie rene scott, and even her costar eisa davis who i at least remember...
how did she manage a nomination? i dont even remember her performance...
I'm happy for her. I'm glad one of the females in that show was nominated. I still wish Rebecca was the one to do it though.
Also, have you seen all the people you named? I saw most of them and the only ones I wish could have been nominated in de'Adre's spot are Mary and Jackie, Andrea Burns and maybe Alli Mauzey. I don't really think the rest were any better than de'Adre.
I actually kinda agree...I wish Davis would have gotten the nomination instead of Aziza. Her role was much more prevalent and she was much more effective, in my opinion. But I am glad Aziza got nominated in a way...go unknowns!
I thought it was a pleasant surprise to see her name on the list. **POTENTIAL SPOILER** She played three distinct roles quite effortlessly, and was an integral part of an important aspect of Stew's journey (in Berlin). I'm very happy for her.
Me, too, chris D. Well well stated. Sometimes I wonder if people don't understand what ensemble acting is..Actually I never want any 1 person to stand out THAT much.
