I've heard a lot of rumors about Jennifer Laura Thompson being in the show (I'm guessing as Mary Poppins). I really hope so.
I think Erin Dilly would also be fantastic.

When I was watching the show all I could think was how practically perfect MARLA SCHAFFEL would be. She's everything Mary Poppins is supposed to be. She can certainly sing it, but more importantly she has just enough quirk to her and enough darkness to really do the role justice. Plus, in London, I thought LMK did a fine job but I just didn't find her to be all that magical. I never thought she could do pull all of that out of a bag or fly or anything. Marla is a very special performer and I really think she's the perfect choice.
My vote: MARLA SCHAFFEL :)
