if you have HBO on demand you can watch it whenever you want...

I saw this and laughed out loud. I was a little surprised, however, that the special was so brief. I was under the impression it was going to include more characters from her first Broadway production. Did they cut some things for the broadcast?

for the bway show she just had, she did about 6 skits plus the little girl with the white tshirt for her encore. I really loved this show a lot barring her abortion character which wasn't needed in the show.

The night I saw the show, she just did those three characters. One of my good friends was there the night they taped it (January 29 late show), and said that she only did those three characters that night. So, nothing was cut.

The day I saw Whoopi's show, she stopped it at least twice. Once because some audience member called out to Whoopi and said she was unhappy with her seat. And, Whoopi told the ushers to move her!
And, then the second time, there were other people complaining really loud that someone was talking on their cell phone in the theater. Whoopi stopped the show again, had the house lights brought up, and berated the woman! It was the strangest thing.
She then returned right into the place she left off in the skit. I reckon you won't see this on the filmed version of the show!
