Hi!
I was wondering if shows sell window cards during their first preview/during previews? I'm planning to see Roundabout's "Time and the Conways" on its first preview.
Also, is there any way to purchase a window card without seeing the show? I saw "Anastasia" during its previews, but they have not sold their window cards then. Planning to come back and purchase one to get it signed.

You can buy most window cards at those Broadway stores around the theatre district. Some shows also have merch booths outside where they take the tickets so you can buy without having at ticket.

See https://www.playbillstore.com/broadway-merchandise/broadway-posters-and-frames/poster-window-cards.aspx for examples. From the bottom of the page: "Official Broadway posters, also known as Broadway window card posters, measure 14 X 22 inches and are printed on glossy cardstock, unless otherwise indicated."

All merchandising is hit or miss during previews. Sometimes they are fully stocked with all items and sometimes they are not.
Also, the shows websites usually have them for sale. I looked and Anastasia does not have a store on their website.

If you wait for the show to let out you can probably go in after as the merch booth usually is open for little while as patrons exit. I've stepped out and popped back into theaters without any trouble during that time. But you'll probably have to contend with the audience streaming out though.
