My favorite show that was written before I was born would probably be "the Music Man."
Sweeney Todd
Company
Gypsy
Rocky Horror
Hair
A lot of the shows I like are from before I was born. But I love them all the same.

BSoBW, I noticed Margo's contribution, too. Wasn't OUR AMERICAN COUSIN what Lincoln was watching when he was shot... in 1865! I actually cracked up when I saw Margo's post. Thanks Margo! Oh, and Allie, we need to become better acquainted because EVITA is my favorite show (can't wait for the revival although I live on the other side of the pond) and it opened before I was born. Incidentally, Allie, are you also an Evita-phile, as in the woman herself? I've read most of her biographies and am hungry for more. Wish it were 1997 again -- the year ILoveMy Dictionary was born.
