It is.  Unfortunately it sets the tone for an unbalanced evening .  This production is full of little fixable things that don’t seem to be going anywhere.  Still… much to enjoy .  But not at these prices.  Not sure I needed another Gypsy just yet.

It certainly helps me to settle in to those awfully tight seats.  It’s a much better high than that experienced by half those hooting and hollering over the top fan girls on Retilin .

Looks like this is the touring set of the last touring Topol production?  I know Topol owned it and was subsequently leased out.  

Do you think that if this scandal continues to escalate it would be to the broadway communtiys determent?  These are really crazy times. 

Yes... ok..  And again I said it with love and in good fun.  It is just one of those things that is pretty unforgettable.  I still think for the most part you are always pretty right on.  And you don't owe anyone any explanation. And good for you for having a good time at Beanies Funny Girl.

Huh?  She enjoyed the show.  She is fanning out.  Nothing wrong with anything she said.  I am more or less in the same age bracket as Rosie and I had no idea who Scherzinger was when I saw this in London.  Lots of people my age don't.  And if I recall correctly no one in my group did either.   

Is the Thomas Kail film production still happening?  This talk about the new Guys and Dolls just brings to mind so many film and stage projects that get big announcements and then.. nothing.  I think the world could use a new filmed production of Fiddler. Which is different than what I felt when this was first announced.

The orchestra sounds a little thin.  But what do I know .

Ridiculous.  We were confronted with pro palestine protesters at opening night of Funny Girl in LA in the plaza before entering the theater.  They really did nothing to further their misinformed cause.

I am so sorry .  I don’t know how to paste from facebook.  Look up Harvey’s fb post .  He went to see FG.  During intermission the audience’s phones all went off with storm alert warnings .  The orchestra pit got flooded and the remaining of the performance got cancelled .
