I think another reason for "Perhaps it's because..." is that the original NYTW version had Roger saying something to the effect of, "At least you're the one of us to survive," and Larson chose to alter it only slightly for the sake of rythmn/rhyme.

I haven't seen her in any of them, but from the recordings I've bought, I have to go with Anita. Of course, that's swayed by my love for WSS.

Also, Roe v. Wade would make an interesting play. In the vein of Inherit the Wind/Scopes monkey trial.

Really, NYC4Life? I thought she was quite good in her role. She managed to make a full character out of a poorly written plot device.
