Les Mis Audition Help

Our local community theatre is holding auditions for Les Miserables, and I am looking some direction in the way of song selection for my audition and for my daughter's.
I am a female in my mid 30's, classically trained, lyric mezzo-soprano (similar range to Cecilia Bartoli). My daughter is 12 and a middle school mezzo.
They only want 16 bars of a song FROM THE SHOW that best shows off your range. Any ideas??? Would LOVE some input! We saw the show for the first time when we went to see
