Well sung by Mary Kate Morrissey, Samantha Williams, Daniel Yearwood, Todd Buonopane and Sam Gravitte. I had a great time. Graham Stevens even made me appreciate Hygge. I expected a bit more from the lighting and effects department but overall, this was an excellent production with a cast of 30 and 13-piece orchestra.
Eh, it’s Papermill. Their budget for a season of five shows equal to what Frozen cost to mount on Broadway in 2018. I wouldn’t expect the effects to be wowza for a regional theatre…
Papermill has never been known to have good lighting or special effects.
Worth noting that the bulk of the technical aspects of this production are a package being shared by other regional houses.
It was an overall good time, and Mary Kate as Elsa was outstanding. However, the "6 7" joke during Love is an Open Door had me deeply cringing...
Was this the new non-replica production, with the sleigh chase instead of the mountain climbing sequence?
