That a 40-year-old shouldn't be playing a 16-year-old on Broadway. Not sure what's hard to comprehend about that notion."
The various casts of Grease would like a word.
Also, you realize the time period of Dreamgirls spans many years, correct?
Paranormal Activity Ready to Spook Broadway
Speaking of paranormal plays (and not to derail the thread) I just had an advertisement pop up on Facebook for something called “2:22 - A Ghost Story” that apparently begins performances at the Lortel this October. Looks like it’s coming in from London. Anyone know anything about this one?

He was cast in the wrong role. Imagine the ticket sales if he was playing Roxie.

I will say that I am curious as to what will happen with Rocky Horror after 7/19, if there are any more cast ch

Am I correct that this is not a Roundabout production and they are just renting the theater?
Paranormal Activity Ready to Spook Broadway
I had been very interested in this, but I just realized that the playwright is the same one who wrote Grey House, which sucked balls. I’ll wait for the NY reviews.

No sh*t Sherlock. I’m just disappointed that I didn’t get to see it one more time because I’m not paying over $200 for a $79 seat. But good for them for finding suckers willing to do so.

the new box office layout sucks. it was much easier to read the old way."
Not difficult for Chess to go out on a high when they were suddenly charging more than two hundred bucks for not so great seats that used to sell for $79 or less. I wanted to revisit but not for those prices.

Jesus Christ. The character is supposed to be in her early 20’s. Next you’ll be lobbying for Chenowith to play the role.

Just checked for tickets and there are only 14 (pretty crappy) seats left for tonight, 21 seats for tomorrow, and the rest of the run is very heavily sold as well, so I guess there is interest in this production after all.
