Sierra Boggess Joins Tyne Daly in MTC's MASTER CLASS This Season
 Feb 16 2011, 05:04:31 PM
No I totally understand. I just re-read the book recently, and I've listened to German recording (not fluent in German, so maybe I missed it if she appears) and haven't noticed her.

Rebecca's character and her presence/memory is what makes things go hay-wire. She's mentioned a good bit, and the biggest storyline of the show involves her directly. She's there, but she isn't - if that makes sense.

Yeah, that is definitely Ridel not checking his facts. Rebecca doesn't appear in the show at all, just in name. Sierra is playing the second wife, she's always called Mrs. de Winter or "I" in the show.

Master Class is only a limited engagement isn't it? Plenty of time to do both if Rebecca started rehearsals around November. The NY Post article mentioned opening Rebecca in 2012 - I'd assume they'd go into rehearsals as soon as Master Class is finished, or perhaps Sierra only signed a limited contract?

Who knows! This girl is busy though! I think she has better acting ability than LND and The Little Mermaid have shown - although she made LND convincing to me, and its a hot mess.

Well what about this summer when he has to do press tours and attend premieres for the next (and last :|)Harry Potter?

Not sure for this show, but during the run of Equus they had arranged it so that the Harry Potter premiere was on Monday night, which meant Daniel and Richard Griffiths would do the matinee Sunday, fly to London for the premiere, and then fly right back for the Tuesday show.

I remember reading that he was happy the movie had been pushed back just becaus

re: TLM: Ariel's original wig

I don't have the book with me right now to tell you for sure, but in the Behind The Scenes book about TLM they mention that they went through several different wigs to find the right shade of red. So yeah, the wig is different from Denver to Broadway, and judging from what I remember in the book the wig was even changed a couple of times in Denver.
re: What Did You Get at the BCEFA Broadway Flea Market?

I was wondering the same thing. But it probably is just a case of gifts made to present to the case/crew and then selling the left overs.

Not gonna lie though, I wish I lived near NYC. I could have spent a fortune at this, and if anyone just wanted to sell a Little Mermaid window card (bonus points if its signed by Sierra) or from Phantom or West Side Story I'd definitely be interested. :)

anyone know how good (or bad) the one and two-year conservatory programs are at New York Film Academy?
