I bought tickets last year for December 22nd, the night after opening night. Then the opening night got moved to January and then was getting moved again. So I moved my tickets to Feb 22nd, and moved up a row and two seats further towards center with no problem. Now the opening date was moved to March 15th, and I had to fight with Ticketmaster last week to get the tickets moved to March 23rd. They couldn't find the same seats and refused to upgrade me to the premium center orchestra first 10 ...

now that some of you have been there... what's the general consensus now?

I bought tickets to Dec 22, which was the original night after opening night. Last week I called to switch the tickets and after 2-3 minutes of explanation to the minimum wage customer service worker and 2-3 minutes on hold while he checked with whoever...he was ready to switch my tickets to any future date, any ticket same price tier. I actually didn't choose to switch, because I was debating if I should wait longer to see the show and get a slightly better seat, or if i should go sooner bef...

I had tickets for 2nd official night that wound up being a preview, and I'm in the process of switching them for a non-preview. Any suggestions on seats? Has anyone been able to pull off an upgrade this way or are they being stingy with the premium seats because of the ridiculous budget? My current seats were row D 6,8. Is the side bad or this show? If necessary, should I wait longer for orchestra center and run the risk of the show getting canceled?
